Greeting people

Greetings are the first steps in establishing contact with someone, whatever the language. In many cases, a smile does the job, and you just have to wait for other person to greet you and repeat what he or she just said. However, the following table presents plenty of very simple English greetings that you may use on different occasions to help you meet people.
